Friday Feast #185

Appetizer-- What does the color dark green make you think of?

Nature. There are so many beautiful shades of green emerging from winter's slumber right now. You can almost smell the green.

Soup-- How many cousins do you have?

I have a total of 32 (surviving infancy) first cousins. There are 14 on my mother's side of the family, 12 on my dad's side of the family, and 6 step cousins from my step-dad's family (my father died at a very young age).

Salad-- On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how honest are you?

I certainly believe that honesty is the best policy so in keeping with that policy, I would say I am an 8... well, most of the time! lol

Main Course-- Name something that is truly free.

uhhhh... butterflies?

Dessert-- Using the letters in the word SPRING, write a sentence.

Softly pattering rain invites new growth.

Thanks for the responses last week to my little question about how you go about answering these questions. It seems as if most of us answer the majority of questions based on our mood at the time and our answers to those questions would likely vary from day to day. The results were of course obtained by a highly scientific method, I read your responses and added them up! My math is still fairly good! I also think we came to a general consensus that this is all for fun and that how we answer these questions is not as important as our enjoyment of the process.

I must be just about the only person that didn't come up with mother nature for the appetizer. Oh well, I'm still new at this.

As for how I answer, it could truely be related to my mood because I tend to answer with the first thing that comes to mind. Unfortunately this weeks dessert made me have to think.

Happy Friday!

Yes, it's for the fun. And once in a while a question triggers some self-reserach and -perception, so we can learn something.

Great feast! The dessert is well taken.

Have a great weekend.

Hi. Thanks fur visiting my dog blog on Friday's Feast. Iz a bit slow 'bout getting around to everyone since Mom 'Bean is usually on the 'puter. Sheeesh. You'd think she owns it or somethin'. Arf, arf, arf. You said Ginger was jealous cuz she wants her own dog blog. Sooooo, give her one! That's what my Mom 'Bean did. She sometime regrets it cuz she's a busy lady and has to help me woof mine as well as doin' her own... but I like it, arf arf. See you later.
