It looks like it belongs in a barn to hold horse reins, or saddles. Or perhaps on a sail boat maybe for the sails ropes? Let me know if I am close. Happy WW!

Helena, I don't have a clue myself. I took this picture almost three years ago when I was visiting in Indiana and my brother brought this thing to our mother's house hoping she could tell him what it was.
We thought it looked like part of a wooden pulley system of some sort. In three years, we haven't been able to find anyone who can tell us what it is or what it might be a part of.
It's my next year's Christmas present from my favorite Uncle Al!! Can't you see the ring in the center of each...perfect for the short leashes my 3 daughters need to be on!!!
